I am a past patient and they will not return my phone messages for my request of my medication records. They had me on so many different medications at different times, I never keep my own record of them, but now I really need it. My mental health has not improved, it has gotten worse and I'd like to get proper help and have my records. I don't know what else to do besides talk to a lawyer at this point.
