I’ve always had a great experience at Provident Bank. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely takes the time to help. The Assistant Branch Manager is especially kind, professional, and always goes above and beyond to make sure customers feel taken care of. Highly recommend this branch!
I was specifically told by this branch to come in to exchange money, but they never told me there was a specific cutoff time. I arrived about 20 minutes before closing, only to hear employees talking negatively about me and saying things like it was “unbelievable” that I came in so close to closing. If there was a required cutoff time, they should have communicated that when they told me to come in.
