I switched to the Property Tax Department, LLC last tax assessment and they made the process as easy as could be. Communication throughout the process was excellent compared to the company I had used prior to them. This assessment period came and they sent me an email letting me know I was fairly assessed so no action needed to be taken. Put my mind at ease and appreciated that they reached out even if it was at no gain for them.

I reached out they did not give me an answer of how much I was to be charged. I did not receive any paperwork to show they saved me the amount and I was sent an e- mail and text saying they saved me 949 on my taxes and I owe 323.90 on an invoice. I was emailed saying they were awaiting approval and then this it's like is there any paperwork to show or way I can see that this was requested. All I know is there will be no next time with a company.

I received a postcard from this company and it has a pic of my house on the front of it. It's really really creepy.

The Property Tax Department team is super-professional and communicates with customers very friendly. They have reduced our property tax twice during the last two years and resulted in saving us over two thousands dollars. This was achieved with almost no efforts from our sides! We would highly recommend them to any property owners who want to reduce their sky-high property tax.

The Property Tax Department team is professional and customer focused. They get the job done (reduce assessment value and property tax) and charge you only after getting the job done! I would highly recommend them.
