Judith and the team has been amazing to deal with when purchasing my first property. First google review Ive written (albeit late). Definitely a lot of peace of mind provided with a lot of care in her services. Had an issue with strata months after purchase abs had to check something with Judith and she has been super helpful.
Do yourself a favor and take their service - you won't regret and might end up saving multiple of a very reasonable advice fee they would charge by getting the right advice in property conveyancing which is very hard to navigate. Judith and team are super responsible and experts at what they do. We were able to reject a property with major problems due to their help and eventually were able to purchase something that we really wanted all with a very professional top quality timely advice!!
Judith, Olivia and team were the best in helping us purchase our first home. They were very professional and kept on top of everything to ensure contracts and settlement went smoothly. I would definitely recommend them and use their services again in the future!
