Very disappointing experience. Communication was terrible — calls and emails often went unanswered, and I constantly had to chase updates. She was not proactive on any issue. The biggest problem: she failed to handle the water bill before closing. After closing, she claimed she had told me (which I do not recall) and then tried to charge me more money to fix the issue. I wouldn't recommend this agency. Poor communicators and not professional. I paid Ebony Lucas more than $1600 to execute an eviction process. She and her team were very responsive at the point of potential business. After my single payment in full, she gave me a court date and I didn't hear from anyone until more than a month late on the day of court. Ebony is a fierce attorney and a fighter. She is very professional and she knows her stuff. I have worked with her allot over the years and I strongly recommend her. I have referred many clients and friends to her, and she never disappoints. If you have a problem that needs a resolution, she is the attorney you should hire. She is the attorney hire when I need an attorney.
