Poor in the areas of time management, communication and customer service.
Great experience with our purchases. Jenny, Jay and her team have been helping us throughout the purchases, very professional, communicative and friendly for the last 5 years. They made everything so easy for us which were so helpful. Everyone is great to deal with, and they are the best law firm for us so far. I would highly recommend this firm if anyone looking to sale or purchase their properties.
We had Richard and Lukas assist us with the purchase of our first home. They were amazing. We didn't have a good idea of the process but they guided us through it and were incredibly thorough in their reviews.
