every staff member I have come across are so kind and helpful, Anteria and Jennifer are amazing, Mike makes incredible food. Overall a great and clean facility.

Dropped in for a tour with no appointment and the Sales Director Anterior was very nice about me dropping in. She told me don’t apologize and that’s what she’s there for. My mother is at another facility (horrible) Anterior was very honest and upfront. She is not like your typical sales person she really card and it showed. She gave the tour explained everything. The facility was beautiful. I drive by the promenade everyday and never been inside. Thank you Anterior for you honesty and being genuine.

The place is very nice, but understaffed. Long waits for meals in the dining room. The rooms are supposed to be cleaned and linens changed weekly but it is more like every 2 to 3 weeks. Since that is included in the rent it doesn't give you the option of hiring a more reliable cleaning lady.

Promenade is an excellent facility! The care and activities are incredible and everyone is always so happy. The staff and executive director go above and beyond!

Will Not recommend !!!! They claimed they evaluated my mother in law and they put her in memory care well she was there 1 day and 3 nurses aide had told us she did not need memory care she should be in assisted living when my husband asked about that they said there are no rooms available even though we were told there was 2 empty room .My husband took my mother in law out the next day ,They "REFUSED " to refund our of $8,615.16.... When We contact them they are very rude and ignorant, We ask to speak to the owner they don't... read more
