We had a fantastic experience at The Prom Shop! My daughter Laney absolutely fell in love with one of the dresses—she even dreamt about it! From Lisa’s help during the try-on to Anna’s expert fitting and alterations, everything was warm, welcoming, and professional. I would totally recommend the Kenilworth Prom Shop to all. I took my daughter to get her prom dress and the care and customer service was fantastic from start to finish. They have a huge selection of beautiful dresses and help to ensure that you find the one that is just right for you and your budget. The onsite seamstress is also fantastic and value for money. Can’t recommend them enough, thank you ladies. X
Took my daughter Saturday and from start to finish both ladies ,brilliant very helpful and picking all different styles and colours and having to put up with my daughter trying on so many dresses lol but has chosen a stunning dress.
Thank you for giving my daughter and myself such a lovely prom dress shopping experience. Fantastic communication from start to finish and nothing was too much trouble. Advice was given about the alternations that we could do if we wanted. When my daughter tried on the dresses there no pressure to make a decision. i heard many good reviews of this shop but my experience personally was not the best. My girlfriend brought a dress from there and it was perfect they done a great job but i also ordered a tie to match it 3 weeks in advance but it never shown up. i was calling up regular to ask for an update and every time i was told a couple of days so i waited…. and waited…. and waited. 3 days before my prom i got told it was shipped and will be here the next day but still never arrived. i was re ensured many times that the tie will be her... read more
