Does anyone work here? I wrote an email to Clem in April begging for a response of some kind. That email, although read, also did not spark a reply. I have not heard from him, nor any associate, since December 2021. Draw your own conclusion.
I have been working with The Professional Associates for five years and am very happy with their work. They are attentive, professional, and accurate in everything they do. I am a small business owner in Stamford (restaurant) and I know that without their incredible effort - especially over the last two very difficult years - I would not be in business today. Clem, Lisa and Rob make a fantastic team and I recommend them without hesitation!
I used this firm for years to help prepare my taxes. Then when the IRS sent a notice saying I underpaid one year, I referred the matter to these "professionals". It turns out they did absolutely nothing. They never talked to the IRS. They never communicated with me about what they were doing or what had transpired. Then I got a notice from the IRS that they were levying my checking account. Stay away from these "professionals". They are awful at communicating and I don't think they they know what they're doing.
