Danielle is knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly, she does a very good job of ironing out any niggles I have. Before Danielle worked on me I thought Physio was just a bunch of stretching exercises.. as per my experience with the NHS.. but in just one session only Danielle showed me that it was a combination of exercises, heat therapy, trigger points being squashed out, myofascial muscles being addressed/massaged 😌 Also the ‘Aftercare Programme’ you get sent afterwards is quality!💛 With exercise demos and tailored advice to your issue(s).
