Supposed to be open until 8pm, I arrived at 5:36pm and talked to a rude executive that pointed to the ATM and shut the door in my face.

Very unprofessional; condescending, and rude. If you desire to be talked down to this is the place to go. I went to USbank seeking information about investing money I received from an inheritance. When I told them that I was planning to visit other investment firms before I made a decision, their attitude towards me changed.
