I booked an end of tenancy clean. The cleaning was booked in fine and good communication but on the day the time of the clean changed multiple times which was frustrating for my tenant. The fridgefreezer was not cleaned at all and the en suite shower was not cleaned to a good standard either.
We had the Pristine Dream recommended on Facebook and have had such good service from start to finish. We opted for an end of tenancy clean and the end product was fantastic and thorough. The cost was so reasonable and the team were friendly and provided good updates and messages - really would use again and recommend. Thanks to the team for today!
The best recommendation ive had from a friend! I've had 2 cleaners from other companies that I no longer use, simply as I kept finding bits missed and things were cleaned around and it wasn't thorough for what I was paying. It just proves you get what you pay for as when I came home today it honestly brought a tear to my eye, what a relief! Such an amazing clean, I can't thank those 2 ladies enough!
