They take the money but never open made 4 trips during the time they say there open but there not don’t answer the multiple times I called, no return phone calls from the multiple message left. 0 stars for service because you get none. Place steals your money. Just wanted to share, I bought into the supper cute idea of girls spa only to be disappointed. Save your money and go to a legit place or do a home spa and enjoy the experience with your daughters, granddaughters, nieces

The experience was underwhelming. The lady did my daughter’s makeup and when she was doing the lip gloss I asked if she used the same lip gloss on everyone and she said yes. This is unsanitary and a bit gross. And the “facial” was lotion from the dollar store. The place is very cute but the employee hardly talked and the place was dead silent the entire time. No music or anything.

Princess Palace was so cute! The girls we took, LOVED it! Emily was terrific with the girls! She had a ton of patience with two 5 year olds! Will definitely be going back!

Overall my girls (4 & 6) enjoyed themselves. They liked getting the pedicures and facials and the decals placed on top of their finger nails were awesome. They also had fun dressing in the provided robes and costumes and playing on the stage at the very end. I purchased the royal princess packages. The staff member helping us was nice, however as a parent some of the experiences did not meet my expectations.
