Be careful of the advertising for the Memory Care unit. Most of what is advertised is not available. Go and visit the unit during dinner time and be informed before you put a loved one there.

The environment at The Preserve is truly exceptional. The staff are incredibly helpful, and the interior is absolutely beautiful. Whenever I'm in town, I make a point to visit my grandmother and every time, she is happy and thriving. This experience has been a remarkable change not only for her but for our entire family. After being in another facility previously, the difference is night and day. We’re so grateful for the care she receives here, and it brings us great peace of mind.

The Preserve staff are exceptionally knowledgeable and professional across all departments- from nursing and dietary to activities , housekeeping, and management. We have complete trust in the care they provide for our mother , especially when we travel four times a year. Knowing she is safe and well cared for put our minds at ease, as she cannot be left alone. We have used their respite services for the past 3 years , and each time , she genuinely looks forward to returning.

My grandmother was a resident here. I would not keep my dog here. The director, Dana is completely useless and cares for no one except for the bottom line. I have se I have seen residence hurt and fallen out of their chair because no one is watching them. I have had felt intimidated and uncomfortable around their staff and dismissed by the directors. Think twice before you ever leave your loved ones here they will not be cared for.
