very unprofessional. hires careless 19 y/os that are disrespectful and very disturbing. i wouldn’t recommend this place.
Over promise and under delivered. Poor communication and follow up by management. Keep an eye in your loved ones! Here I am still waiting from a representative from the Foundations Health to return my call as promised from 7/22/25 Not surprised.
We couldn’t be happier with our experience. The staff is exceptional-kind, attentive, and truly dedicated. The environment is always clean and welcoming and most importantly, our mom absolutely loves it here.
My mother has been here since January 2025. We would give it 6 stars if we could. The care has been OUTSTANDING! The decision to place her was difficult, but we have no regrets. She has dementia and does not advocate well for herself. EVERY time we come to visit, she is not in her room. She is out and about engaged in an activity, or watching TV with other residents.
