Such a beautiful and friendly facility.
My sister resides in the memory care unit, and I cannot express enough how truly wonderful the facility is as well as every staff member, from all departments everyone has gone above and beyond to provide the most wonderful care to my loved one. I would make the decision to place my loved one here again in a heartbeat. Truly the most thoughtful, caring and kind people you will ever meet. Making the choice to pull her from the previous facility and place her here was the best decision we could have made.
Over promise and under delivered. Poor communication and follow up by management. Keep an eye in your loved ones!
Be careful of the advertising for the Memory Care unit. Most of what is advertised is not available. Go and visit the unit during dinner time and be informed before you put a loved one there.
