The apartment itself is quite spacious. The kitchen is large, and having a separate laundry area is a big plus. Inside my home, I am genuinely happy—I’ve made it a calm and cozy place to live. I wish I could give a 0. They never answer the phone until 930 or 10 even though they "open" at 9. The staff is incredibly incompetent and mostly rude. I've lived there for 8 years and have never been able to get any upgrades, while I've seen people come and go and get MUCH nicer places. Granted, I'm not sure what they pay for rent, but I can guarantee it's not much more than mine.
