Ulzhalgas was nice and kind
This is the worst property management company I have ever dealt with. They are lazy, unprofessional, and unresponsive. One treadmill has been out of service for over two years, and another has been down for more than three years. I’ve had an excellent experience with the staff at the main office. I visited the property to explore available rental homes, and Azmir was extremely professional and helpful throughout the process. She showed me four different properties and clearly explained the differences between each one. She also stayed in touch after I submitted my application and made sure the house was cleaned and ready before we moved in. The apartment itself is quite spacious. The kitchen is large, and having a separate laundry area is a big plus. Inside my home, I am genuinely happy—I’ve made it a calm and cozy place to live. However, the appliances are very old, which noticeably impacts the electricity bill. Unfortunately, the major issue is maintenance and management. I wish I could give a 0. They never answer the phone until 930 or 10 even though they "open" at 9. The staff is incredibly incompetent and mostly rude. I've lived there for 8 years and have never been able to get any upgrades, while I've seen people come and go and get MUCH nicer places. Granted, I'm not sure what they pay for rent, but I can guarantee it's not much more than mine.
