Very rude, extremely unprofessional and unethical business practice. I waited three months before writing this review as I did not want to be upset while expressing my experience. Ms Gibbs will do your taxes but the moment you’re audited, she will avoid you in every possible way. I can’t tell you how many times i took off work go to her office only to find out she did not show up because of personal issues. So Unprofessional that she will not even call to cancel.
