Lisa has been working with me for about 3 months. Being a sufferer of Parkinson’s disease I find Lisa’s treatments to be an extremely effective treatment for my condition. Her knowledge of human movement both from her occupational therapy and yoga practice and her ability to apply her skills and knowledge to me in my quest to manage my condition has helped me immeasurably.
I love going to the Prana Room, Lisa has been so helpful encouraging my reluctant body to assume poses that create positive spaces, even while sitting. She has helped me progress from seated yoga to standing, always with support nearby in case my balance goes awry. I would recommend the Prana Room and Lisa Bidgood to anyone with a disability.

Lisa is lovely. She took the time to ask what I needed and attentively listened. I felt safe to express what that was. From there Lisa went about it. I enjoyed the body work, the release and the space provided. Highly recommend and most definitely will be back again 💜
I floated out feeling amazing after just one treatment, breathing easier and my pain level in my shoulders had decreased significantly. I now see Lisa regularly and highly recommend her services to anyone looking for body pain relief and increased movement. Gentle, holistic and non-invasive treatment.
