Julia is an amazing Ayurvedic practitioner and speaker. She was a guest favorite at our holistic herbal retreat. Beyond her knowledge of Ayurvedic medicine, Julia is also a fantastic personal trainer. My husband and son participated in her one-on-one group training session. She was able to correct their technique and provide them with an overall body workout to use on an ongoing basis. Highly recommend!
Julia is the best in Ayurveda. I can't believe in the short time I have been seeing her, I feel so much better. My mother is also seeing her as well, and with her knee problems she has felt so much better, and the pain is not as bad. I will be bring the rest of my family to see her. She is AMAZING!!
