I’m writing this review specifically in response to how this business applies its cancellation policy. I had a massage appointment scheduled, but unfortunately my car broke down and I had to take it in for service. Going to The Practice has genuinely been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I’ve been a client for a few years now, and I can honestly say this clinic has supported me through some of the hardest seasons of my life — physically, mentally, and emotionally. Warm and welcoming! I really appreciate how the practitioners take time to actually listen to you and figure out a plan to help you feel better. I would highly recommend The Practice - especially for acupuncture and chiropractic care. As a nice bonus, they do automatic appointment reminders and send you an email with your receipt to make submitting to insurance super easy. P.S. The clinic coordinator, Megan, is a human ray of sunshine who always brightens my day.
I called to cancel my appointment due to the city being shut down because of a blizzard, along with official advisories recommending against unnecessary travel for safety reasons and to allow plows to clear the streets. However, I was taken aback by the snarky response from the receptionist.
