Warm and welcoming! I really appreciate how the practitioners take time to actually listen to you and figure out a plan to help you feel better. I would highly recommend The Practice - especially for acupuncture and chiropractic care. As a nice bonus, they do automatic appointment reminders and send you an email with your receipt to make submitting to insurance super easy. P.S. The clinic coordinator, Megan, is a human ray of sunshine who always brightens my day.
I called to cancel my appointment due to the city being shut down because of a blizzard, along with official advisories recommending against unnecessary travel for safety reasons and to allow plows to clear the streets. However, I was taken aback by the snarky response from the receptionist. She had the audacity to point out that I live close to the practice, implying that I should still be able to make it in, which I found extremely rude.
