Liani's work is exemplary. I had several sessions with her to clear past traumas with EMDR and really enjoyed the process, in particular the visuals that came up during the therapy. The whole thing was quite fascinating and I believe it has certainly worked for me. I highly recommend Liani as a practitioner in this field... she is caring, confident and thorough and am supremely grateful for the help she has given me.

I cannot recommend Liani from Power In You Hypnotherapy & EMDR highly enough. From the very first session, she made me feel completely safe, seen, and understood. She was warm, welcoming, incredibly easy to talk to, and truly listened without judgement. Liani has helped me beyond any words can describe, I came to Liani with negative self beliefs and a loss how to navigate self growth. After my sessions with Liani, my mind and heart feel calm, confident and strong. She helped me find my inner strength and move on from traumatic experiences and beliefs that were holding me captive.
