In early December, we visited to create four mugs. The following weekend, I returned with my child so he could make another piece, and I picked up the mugs at the same time. Upon bringing the mugs home, I discovered that one was not fully glazed, with three areas of exposed raw material, including a large section inside the mug. I came here with my wife as an activity for our anniversary. It was something she’s been wanting to do. Someone meets you by the door and gives you a run down of what to do, but they talk so quickly it’s hard to understand them if you’ve never been there before. I understand it being busy and trying to run efficiently, but slow down. Especially if you're a business thats very particular about procedure.
