My Mom has been here for 3 months and feels at home here and I have seen how well the staff cares for her. Facility is clean and she loves the meals. The smaller size of the facility and the neighborhood setting are also positive factors.
Mrs Rachel, Mrs Brooke are the best at The Post in Mint Hill. Great place for mom to get the care and attention she needs with her ongoing physical and mental health issues. Would highly recommend this place!
The Post at Mint Hill has been a blessing! They take excellent care of my elderly aunt. The staff are welcoming and kind to my aunt but also to our large extended family and her church family. My aunt is always clean, well groomed, and comfortable. They even painted her nails! The facility does not feel institutional.
