Case is taking way too long. Lawyer constantly disappears. I have called and left messages with no return call. I just keep getting fed excuses. Something I was told would take 3-6 months in the beginning is now going on 9 months and I feel like they are avoiding me now. Terrible

Thanks to Jennifer I stayed. My case was unnecessarily lengthy. Jennifer took over my case and kept in constant contact. She gets 5-stars but my overall experience with my case, not so much. My first case was top notch but this last case experience didn’t go as well.
