I would like to give a massive shout out to Harrison from The Pool Tile Company. He helped me on the phone and then he also helped me again so much when I came to the showroom. It is great to have amazing tiles but it is people like Harrison who just make the whole experience so easy and painless. Please recognise Harrison for going above and beyond. I would also like to say a special thank you to Thomas at the loading dock - he loaded my tiles for me and was so kind-hearted and helpful.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Massive array of different types of tiles, literally whatever you need. Easy to order and pick up or arrange delivery. Worth the drive to the showroom for a look

updated review- i had a small issue with a refund being processed from a box of broken tiles back in december. Luke from the management team promptly called me the following day and sorted the refund out that day. he then followed up with a confirmation call when it has been processed. thanks for the prompt follow up. The first set of tiles for our patio look great and i look forward to our pool dig in the coming weeks and the remainder of the tiling job to be completed with great looking and excellent quality tiles from thi... read more

Visit The Pool Tile company - they have very good range and ambience. The staff was welcoming, we were attended by Sarah who was not only knowledgeable and friendly but was extremely helpful with our selection. Overall a great experience, highly recommend the company.
