Terrible service after paying for tiles. Not delivered on the agreed day, no one bothered to contact me, even after leaving a message no call back. Now I’m receiving invoices telling me they owe me money and they will get back to me. Was told they would ‘do something’ about the 5 day delay in delivering, not sure what the ‘something’ is as have heard nothing. Tiles were put in front of a gate, even after my husband requested them to be away from gate. Showroom and staff were great, but after paying, no customer service.
Beatrice and the staff were amazing, world class service, which is very rare these days, do yourself a favour and visit the showroom.
I’m so happy with my ash Marblano tiles – they look beautiful in our pool! The showroom is gorgeous and has such a great selection. Susan was fantastic to deal with, especially helping us order from the Gold Coast – she made the whole delivery process really easy. Thanks again for the great service!
