Staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to help. The price we ended up with was also excellent. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough.
Josh has gone above and beyond in advising us with our pool refurbishment and backyard landscaping project. I cannot recommend the Pool Tile Company and Josh highly enough. Cannot wait to see our ceramic mosaics in our pool.
Horrible follow up. My partner and I contacted this company a few times in various ways. No response or replies. If this is the service experienced when we are interested but haven't bought their products yet, what is the service we can expect when we would actually buy their products?! Step up team, you're losing customer and money because of a first horrible experience. It's so easily solved...

Exactly the same as previous reviewer. Shocking customer service and communication after tiles had been paid for. Organised contractor on the basis of delivery date proposed on order confirmation. With no communication delivery date put back 10 days without any confirmation. 3 days of trying to make contact with PTC using phone email and waiting endlessly on calls.
