Very unprofessional and Tatiana is a poor representation for the company. I submitted information on the form on their website, and never heard back for a couple days. I called and the very unprofessional, unpleasant, rude Tatiana answered. I explained I completed the form and was following up. “There ain’t no form completed” is what she stated.
