Been banking here for years, and I find the staff are really helpful. Case in point: had a situation where I was standing in line, and another patron bumped into me and said "don't stand so close to me". A lovely teller named Roxanne intervened, and managed to de-escalate the situation. When I got to the counter, she told me how much she hoped I'd keep banking there; "can't stand losing you" were the exact words she used if I recall. Terrible customer service. Always trying to find way to charge you extra fees. Would never recommend to new recruits.
Fast, friendly and professional employees. Convenient location, and ample parking available.
Great experience, when switching from my previous bank to the credit union I had Nelia helping me. She is great, very professional really friendly and was willing to follow up with me to insure my accounts were set up properly and all payments were paid to the correct places.
