I love getting monthly facials. My skin always feels so good afterwards. Erika is so calming and always gives me great suggestions.Â
Pablo greeted me kindly, offered me a little water and gave me a tailored massage. He adjusted his pressure as needed and was aware of my problem areas. He spoke when I spoke but didn't "talk away" at me. He did not try to sell me merchandise, but did share about the product he was using. The room was comfortable. I will definitely go back.Â

I've had two treatments here and they've both been wonderful! My first was a facial with Megan at the YV location -- so dreamy and relaxing, totally helped my nervous system. Then I got a tiny tattoo from Serena at the new JT store -- she was sooo sweet and did a great job. Highly recommend!Â
A little late on doing this review but last month I got a facial from Shannon! Had a beautiful ambiance in the room, the products were so great and worked really well with my sensitive skin. Also Shannon is so sweet and she just makes you feel so comfortable! She also gave me the best recommendations on products that have really helped me! I will be back! Best facial experience ever!!Â
