Yesterday was the first time I have ever gotten acupuncture as a treatment and as the old saying goes first impressions are lasting. Impressions the staff at the point acupuncture were wonderful. Ashley was very accommodating. She literally went out into the parking lot to make sure that I turned in at the right place because I was having trouble even finding it and the doctor once I was in the room made me feel very comfortable and I was in a headspace that would be ready. It's a magical place or should I say.. clinic. I have suffering all sorts of pain ( from my neck, both shoulders, upper and lower back).. The pain never stops. But for for some unknown reason, every visit magically provide temporary comfort. Is it the clinic? I wonder if it's the relaxing music coupled with the scent of sleeping aroma, or most likely the professionalism of the doctor and her staffs that makes things so much better. I called this my Sanctuary!!
Service was good. I just had bad experience with lack direct communication for my VA community care renewal. Disappointing.
I can’t share enough wonderful things about the people who work at this clinic as well as Dr. Claudia. I am an Air Force veteran who suffers from a lot of back pain and not only has she helped me manage that and find that Acupuncture has helped me tremendously, but also help with many other things as far as my overall health regarding taking care of myself.
