Excellent communications and knowledgeable service from Craig. He helped us to identify the most suitable log burner for our space and during the work was courteous and left the space clean. We had a slight problem with our hearth and I can’t thank Craig enough for going above and beyond to rectify it for us - the sign of a genuine tradesman who sees you through the rough as well as the smooth. 100% recommended.
