So we'll taken care of and Jan at the front office is such a gem! Couldn't ask for a better place to live for 55+
I have lived here, with my Mom, for two and a half years. It is a quiet building with great people but what really pushes it over the top is Jan and Josh. Jan and Josh both work so hard, they go above and beyond without even being asked. We are moving back to our home state soon and there are no words to express how much we will miss them. A±++
My Mom has lived at The Plaza for 10 years, and loves it. My husband and i love it there too. It’s an apartment co-op for adults 55 and over who just like easy living, and it’s not the cliche retirement home. It’s a fantastic place to live if you want to travel like my husband and i, and not worry about getting a house sitter to check your pipes, or have your packages picked up by a neighbor, since living here is secure and worry free, nearly responsible free, heck, they’ll even change a burned out lightbulb. I'm a transplant from busy Long Island and I feel like I've moved to paradise. The area is so fantastic either for energetic bikers ,golfers,tennis,swimming etc... or just easy living. I no longer have to worry about lawn mowing,crabgrass all that stuff you wish you could leave till tomorrow and go golfing instead. Here at the Plaza no worry about broken appliances or air conditioners repairs there's just too much to mention. Believe me when I tell you if you need a change this PLAZA is the best of the best.
