DO NOT BOOK FOR Super Bowl / Phoenix Open Tour weekend!!I believe this company is scam. They allowed us to book a stay at one of their properties in ****. We answered all their questions, paid, read and agreed to their terms, and provided ID that they required. Then over a week later, after they had already taken our money, they sent us a message through AirBnB that they were sorry but they are cancelling our trip. Had a air bnb booked through them 3 months ago. A week before our stay they called to tell me that they had to cancel our reservation and had to switch us to another property. They originally tried to switch us to a property that was **** cheaper than our original booking. After putting up a fuss they said they would be able to offer a 25% discount. Absolute nightmare! I booked through ****** and never had an issue with a host until I booked with Leslie. I am a patient at Mayo Clinic and they had changed my procedure dates and I wanted to change my two nights to two other nights that were available. I communicated with Leslie and she was not responsive until I canceled my reservation. Then all of sudden she becomes responsive and tells me that she had "technical issues".
