Trying to obtain a refund for TV stand they could not supply. Spent the last month trying to contact this company but they won't answer the phone or their emails. Going to get this company investigated!
I ordered tv stand on 24th September got an email saying order had been processed. It’s 4th October today and I have tried to phone for the sixth time usually get , due to volume of calls we are unable to answer message. Calls are not even going through now. I just want to know when/if it’s being delivered. After reading latest reviews I can probably guess. Beware! They are still selling stuff and taking money.
I ordered the Hoxton Sound Tripod TV stand with soundbar mounting kit on 08 September with a 3 - 5 working day delivery, which was great. My first (of many) call on Monday 16 Sep, resulted in someone informing me the delivery company can't find the order and I would get a call back, that didn't happen, so I called again next day and no-one could tell me where the stand was. We ordered the Tv stand and they supposed to deliver in 3-5 working days . After two weeks they cancelled the order . Customer services not responding and line is always busy . Not recommended this website.
A slight hiccup over delivery might have resulted in a 4 star review but brilliant customer service from Bradley results in a well deserved 5 *
