Wanted to stop in for a gift certificate as a wedding gift when I was visiting from the states in October. Wasn’t able to make the stop in so purchased a digital gift card online. The process was quick, and immediately received my QR code via email. Printed that on a card, gifted it, when they returned back to Melbourne they were able to go in, had a wonderful experience, mentioned how beautiful the store was and left with a lovely mature plant. 10/10 would recommend if you are gifting from out of the country. Very quick shipping! Bought the Takagi Compact hose and got it the next day. Very good quality product as well.
This place used to be great when it was in its previous location with really helpful staff but nowadays the customer service js non-existent, bordering on hostile and the store has a frosty, pretentious vibe. Such a shame.
The most amazing plant pot and saucer you could want for your home, bought two different sizes and had a little hiccup from my end with one of them but The Plant Society fixed it amazingly. Came in for some repotting advice and Nathan was fantastic. He suggested I bring my plant in, helped me pick the right pot, and even did the repotting there. Saved the plant, kept my apartment clean, and now it’s properly planted and thriving. Thanks, Nathan!
