This place used to be great when it was in its previous location with really helpful staff but nowadays the customer service js non-existent, bordering on hostile and the store has a frosty, pretentious vibe. Such a shame.
The most amazing plant pot and saucer you could want for your home, bought two different sizes and had a little hiccup from my end with one of them but The Plant Society fixed it amazingly. Definitely recommend The Plant Society as a business as well as their products. Do yourself a favour and start shopping…
Came in for some repotting advice and Nathan was fantastic. He suggested I bring my plant in, helped me pick the right pot, and even did the repotting there. Saved the plant, kept my apartment clean, and now it’s properly planted and thriving. Thanks, Nathan!
