Warm and nice people. My mother likes it here and so do we.
My husband spent a year and a half at The Pinnacle in personal care (often called assisted living). During that time, he declined from care level 1 to care level 4 due to his neurological disease. I spent much of my daily visits *trying* to fix things the same problems over and over again. These included but were not limited to pendant calls not being answered in a timely manner or at all, my not being told he was running out of meds until he was out (I didn't use their preferred pharmacy because we had our own plan), meals ... read more
The Staff especially the Front desk staff is very friendly, helpful and has gone above and beyond when we needed assistance finding missing medication delivery.
Beautiful place with a lot amenities and activities for the residents. A pleasure to visit!
