Hidden gem in Montgomery County for seniors! Pinnacle is welcoming and always active; the pub is an engaging spot indeed. The activities calendar is very vibrant and always creative. A farmers marker FOR the residents that they brought TO the community ; genius! The dining room is bright and food is certainly top notch! The aspects that are most important to the residents, are most important to the staff . Highly recommend.
As a healthcare provider, I have had the pleasure of working alongside the staff and admin team at the Pinnacle. The compassion and experience of the team for senior care is obvious with all of my daily interactions. From memory care to independent living, residents have access to activities, social engagement, and the care they need.
My mother and our family were treated horribly. Disrespectful behaviors and poor communication. The facility changed hands 3 times while we were there.
Terrible facility management doesn’t care about family the resident or family members nor the staff all the want is money they’re bringing in residents that are beyond the care level for staff then get angry with the staff because they’re not properly trained to take care of such individuals me being here behind the scenes I’ve seen a lot from them allowing residents to starve to residents going septic because staff begged them to send them to the hospital and they didn’t I witnessed them cover up deaths and I’ve also witnes... read more
