The surgery is very helpful and is always helpful. I feel respected by the staffs and the receptionists are always polite on both phone and f2f. The doctors are amazing, they take times to examine you and will not hesitate to refer you to specialist when needed. I truly appreciate how they are treating me with care.
Pot luck with receptionist and those behind counter apparently don't communicate. 'Doctor needs your blood pressure, come in and we'll give you a monitor, there aren't any we'll call you, (10 minutes later) "We have one now, can you come back" appointments are around four weeks into future. Probably as well the cemetery is right over road.....
I wouldn’t recommend this surgery to anyone. The Nurse is rude, speaks down at you and they make it extremely hard work to speak to a doctor.
