I had an interview for a permanent 40 hours post, with two kind and smiley managers and everything seemed fantastic. Once I got the job and passed my DBS I got a letter stating that I was "bank" staff (no contract) for the first months, at the same time had a phone call from the deputy (not precisely kind this time tho) asking me to do an impossible ammount of hours that included days and waking nights! I used to work here in 2002 untill 2003 great place to work and lovely staff plus the residents are really well looked after
support workers do not give the end users the chance to be as independent as they are capable of being
