This is absolutely outrageous! My nephew goes to school and gets bitten by another child every single day, to the point that he’s now terrified and afraid to even go to class. Today, he was bitten so badly it left a deep bruise — it’s heartbreaking to see! What is the school doing when this keeps happening over and over again? This is no longer a minor issue — this is child abuse!

Picked up my little nephew today and was told by staff that he was bitten by another child come to find out this makes it the third time. If there is a child that is bitting other children staff should pay closer attention when he interacts with other children. The bite was about 2 inches in diameter and swollen. I am very concerned about the repeated biting incidents involving my grandson. He has been bitten several times in a short period, and it continues to happen. His mother requested camera footage, but there has been no response, and he was bitten again today. This lack of action and communication is unacceptable.

We enrolled my son as an infant in July of 2024 at this location. Heather was a great director and every single employee knew my son’s name and seemed to genuinely care for him. Recently, I new director took over and all the original employees that were there when we first enrolled all left. It seemed like every day there was a different teacher in my son’s class.
