The administrator has been helpful with ensuring the proper and prompt care has been given to to my family. Would recommend placement at this facility.
The staff on second shift are lazy
Please take my advice when I say do not put your love one in that facility and here is why. That building has had bed bugs in BOTH of the building since 2024 maybe 2023.. The food there is garbage, building be half way cleaned, admin talks to her staff any type of she wants too. They barely want to take your love ones to store when they need it. Amin loves threatening her staff about employment. Oh yeah and the codes and violations that’s pilling up is crazy!!!!! And please don’t try to work here because the pay is very garb... read more
My aunt was a resident at the Pillars for 4 years. During that time she came to think of it as her home. She had several primary care givers that were with her during her entire stay, and she loved them. She thought of them as family, and they treated her like family. She had dementia and as it progressed it was easier for her to see the same care givers every day. She liked the food, and especially the desserts. Her apartment was always clean and tidy. They did her laundry, and she always looked clean and well put together.... read more
