Birgitta is a highly skilled and intuitive instructor, focused on all aspects of mind, body and spirit. Her down to earth nature and wealth of experience made our weekly sessions so enjoyable. I could feel and see the benefits each week and had confidence in my body’s ability to stay strong and agile during my pregnancy.

Birgitta the trainer is awesome. So professional and has so much experience. Her classes are designed for all levels. I have been doing her classes for about 15 years and would highly recommend her. My body has changed so much since the beginning and the classes help my back and anything else that is sore. Come and try and see fur yourself.

Highly recommend - a fantastic instructor, who has also created a friendly, encouraging and safe space to practice pilates (regardless of whether you are a beginner or more experienced). By far the best pilates studio and instructor Ive experienced in Melbourne.
