don't trust them, they were using my address in north vancouver and another the building doesn't exist anymore, redevelopment. if a company can't do simple address change, are they worth it? NO

I had a 121 year old upright piano to be moved. I got a response incredibly fast to my request for a quote and they were able to fit in the move the next morning. The three movers were professional, taking every care to mind the floor, walls and furniture, but especially the piano that arrived safe and sound at its destination. Both myself and the recipient are very appreciative.

Called them last year for a move. Took them a week to get back to me. Did a good job on the move and the price was fair. Went to call them this year but they don't answer emails, phone calls, or website inquiries. Not sure if the business is shut down or if they are just really bad at getting back to consumers. They have an address for their location on the north shore bit it is very outdated. Giving it one star because I don't think they exist anymore ....? And the fact that they are really bad at communication.
