After having a baby and going back into weightlifting and back to work where I am predominantly on my feet Ash has made such a massive difference to the pain I had been experiencing, in just two visits my lower back shoulders and neck are so much more mobile. A beautiful space with great energy very very highly recommend🤌

Can’t recommend Phyx Physio highly enough. From the moment you walk in the place gives the coolest vibe. Not your usual physio office at all, a place where you actually want to hang out, whether it’s before the appointment for a go at the compression boots or after in one of the classes that they offer. And the physios there are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Ash has helped treat some seemingly impossible ongoing issues I have had in only a few sessions.
