I came to River with a shoulder and elbow problem which had been bothering me for months. River took the steps to diagnose and then fix all while explaining and helping understand the issue and why it’s caused. Would highly recommend to anyone.
Highly recommend! The team here are professional, friendly, and really take the time to listen. Ash explained everything clearly, gave me practical exercises, and I noticed improvements quickly. The clinic is welcoming and you feel well looked after from the moment you walk in.
I heard about Health Phyx through a work mate who had also suffered the same injury as myself. A CT scan showed I had L4/L5 and L5/S1 disk bulge. River helped educate me on the meaning of my injury and through creating and implementing a self care management plan and manual therapy to assist my recover I strongly feel the rehabilitation process was faster and efficient. The attention to detail ash pays to every one of my needs is exceptional. I came to ash with neck issues that had been ongoing for years and within 6 sessions I am pain free. I couldn’t recommend ash more. Highly recommend.
