Always a pleasure to visit Anil and Heather. It wasn’t too much and it wasn’t too little-treatment wise. I always feel like my body is quite ok and needs a little tweak now and again. Maybe a bit of exercises. It’s very affirming.

Went to try massage plus shockwave with Maria as I aggravated my plantar fasciitis running and was experiencing a significant amount of pain. She listened to what ailed me, educated me on shockwave therapy and showed the difference between massaging without shockwave first vs with. What a huge difference it made! After days of not being able to put weight on my injured foot in the mornings, I was able to the day after my session with her. If you’re curious about adding shockwave to your therapy, give it a try with her.
My family has been coming here for years. Anil truly has hands of magic and massages with Alex are very relaxing. Your'e in good hands here!
