Went to try massage plus shockwave with Maria as I aggravated my plantar fasciitis running and was experiencing a significant amount of pain. She listened to what ailed me, educated me on shockwave therapy and showed the difference between massaging without shockwave first vs with. What a huge difference it made! After days of not being able to put weight on my injured foot in the mornings, I was able to the day after my session with her. Anil has been treating me for an ankle injury that has led to hip and lower back problems as well. He uses a combination of techniques, including needling, that has noticeably improved my mobility.
