Firstly, I received a warm welcome on what was my first visit to this particular practice. Then, on meeting the therapist assigned to me (Alicia) I very soon realised I was in the hands of someone not just extremely knowledgeable about my particular problem, but who took the time to listen, and to tailor the session to my needs. This immediately gave me confidence, plus the impetus to follow through with the advice and exercises I was given to do before my next visit. All in all, I was very happy with the experience.
Delighted with the thorough and professional initial assessment I had today with Alicia Thom. Work started straight away and I’m already feeling the benefits. Looking forward to my next session.
From session one, Jessica was excellent - really professional and with clear diagnosis that gave me confidence. With her guidance and advised exercises I’m fully back to running and feeling stronger than before.
