I found Alicia really good. She answered all my questions. She gave a thorough examination to ensure everything had recovered correctly. I then got good advice and exercises (with demonstrations) as to what I need to continue to do. Highly recommend Alicia

This is how I would expect a physio appointment to be unlike the current NHS 'hand you a bit of paper with some exercises'! Good hands on treatment from Jessica who also explained everything she was doing and what each exercise was for in the general rehab process.
From booking to the actual treatment was fantastic. Everything was explained very well and treatment carried out. I have zero complaints. Alicia explained everything very well and provided me with some exercises to do at home to aid my recovery.
