I am loving the B Strong Meno Rehab Classes! Chantale and Shannon do an amazing job creating an environment that's both fun and challenging, which is so important for staying motivated. I'm already signed up for next round of classes.
Very inclusive and welcoming environment regardless of your abilities or prior skills. Shannon was always positive and encouraging while regularly motivating participants.
