Went to the mom and baby classes with Chantale and it has been the highlight of my maternity leave. Having a baby leaves you prioritizing the baby over you but this mom and baby class gives you an hour to focus solely on you and helps you feel like yourself again all while having so much fun and being challenged to push your limits so you feel stronger and more confident after each class. Such a good evening at the menopause clinic. So much information!
Amanda is a fantastic physiotherapist. She’s been helping me recover from recent knee surgery, she pushes me to improve and is a great motivator. She makes going to physio a pleasure and not a chore. Love the fact it’s extremely private, you’re in a separate room and not a large open area. All exercises you need are sent to you so you easily can do them at home between sessions. Highly recommended, everyone is very professional there.
I have been seeing Dawn for 10 years and she is by far my favorite massage therapist. She listens to my concerns and I always walk out feeling like a new person. The Physio Space staff is amazing and the rooms are huge. Highly recommend!
