I think Lynda is a fantastic physiotherapist. She is knowledgeable, friendly and has helped me when others have not been able to. She doesn’t ask you to keep coming back unless she really thinks you need to. I trust her completely and recommend her to my friends.
Hello to everyone. I have been doing regular weekly sessions of Pilates with Lynda for over 1.5 years. Lynda worked with me to identify where i could benefit from regular pilates training. Each session is carefully crafted....always trying to find the balance between my current skill level and enough challenge in each exercise. Lynda is well prepared , patient and supportive. I thoroughly enjoy pilates with Lynda
Fantastic experience - I'm pregnant and had really bad lower back pain. I got an appointment the next day. Irwin did an assessment, treatment and then showed me exercises to prevent the pain from coming back. There is also an app that shows you videos of all the exercises so you don't forget. The best part - I haven't had any pain since! Thanks so much, would totally recommend!
