I discovered Pilates due to an injury and feel fortunate to have found this studio. Now I am addicted to it . The instructors are super supportive. A clean and welcoming environment. Highly recommend to anyone looking to enhance their physical health.
Amazing place with even better teachers. Thank you for all you do! Long story short… Hurt my tailbone while snowboarding last year. Couldn’t continue with my usual Pilates gym as there are about 30 in each class and I wasn’t able to get the attention I required. Found Natasha and team after a bit of Facebook search and I’m hooked. Thank you lovely ladies for helping me with my core muscles and improve my tailbone injury.
Really enjoying Pilates with Natasha and team. All instructors are very knowledgeable especially when you have injuries. Would recommend.
