Highly recommend Paul as a Physio as well as his team who are all willing to go the extra mile when it comes to support. A super lovely guy who really cares about what he does and it shows, if I could rate more than five stars I would. If you aren't going to the Physio Nook for help, you're missing out!

I was recommended to see Paul at the Physio Nook by a friend after a sports injury. The care and professional attitude taken not only during treatment but in explaining what happened why it happened and how to prevent it happening again was excellent. Iam now back playing a lot sooner than I expected. Also a quick mention to the reception team who were very polite and accommodating even when I had to reschedule appointments. I would 100% recommend Physio Nook to my friends and family.
Paul is a bloody legend!! At 57, he has helped me get far more 11-a-side game time than prior to seeing him. Giving me back my confidence to take people on and start scoring again!! Without worrying about pulling my hamstrings that have plagued me since I was 21!! He also keeps all entertained with his dry wit and stories. All the staff are super friendly.
Had knocks and strains from soccer (and old age!) and Paul got to the root of the problem straight away. The App they give you too, explains exercises so you can progress via a schedule to fast track your rehabilitation. Cant fault it and nice people too.
