I've had poor posture since I was a teenager. I've tried a variety of modalities, but nothing really stuck. That was until I visited Paul at the Physio Nook. Within a month there was a noticeable difference in the scans and I'm happy with how things are progressing several months later. Having said that, you have to be prepared to do the work.
Good physio, easy to get a carpark
I cannot recommend Paul from The Physio Nook enough. I was referred to Paul after being involved in an accident. He has helped me to get my movement and strength back, and has given me continued reassurance and advice throughout the process. It has always been helpful to see a friendly face at my appointments, and he has helped me keep a positive outlook on my road to recovery. Thank you, Paul. Hopefully I'll be snowboarding soon!
