Alan is very easy to communicate with and passionate about his work. Highly recommend him and his business.
Currently doing post ACL reconstruction physiotherapy with Alan. He is really thorough in his approach. Al uses detailed exercises and consultation, and strives to get my knee to be better than pre injury.
After many years of lower back pain, I reluctantly went to see a physio. What a pleasant surprise and great result. After the initial getting to know you and how can I help chat with Alan, it was straight to work manipulating, stretching and loosening muscles. I was visiting Yamba and got immense back pain. This happens from time to time but not this bad for a long time. I was fortunate that a couple of appointments were available. Alan listened to my history did an assessment and helped me. I knew it would take a few days before I improved and three days later I could feel an mprovement and by day four most of the pain was gone. I'm truly thankful and now feeling 100%
