Jordan is very patient focused. His diagnosis and treatment skills are exemplorary. I have had a couple of major joint replacement surgeries and also have chronic 'wear & tear' issues & Jordan's 'no bullshit' approach & superior treatment skills have yeilded a reduction in my symptoms & an increased my range of movement which has resulted in an increase in my quality of life.
Jordan and Kiara are very knowledgeable, understanding and take the time to make sure my specific needs are addressed. I don’t feel rushed and I feel like I’m part of their family and I happily recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for a physiotherapist. You won’t be disappointed if you go to visit them.
Not the outcome I was hoping for unfortunately, but there were some positives. My original injury progressed well with ongoing regular appointments, then things went downhill. I suffered an additional injury which progressively worsened with treatment, and even though I informed my physio of a third injury that was causing acute pain, my concern was completely disregarded and I continued to follow his recommendations. If people need to get physio go to physio house I have for the last few years and it's been a God cent for me I can't look back I have had 9 shoulder operations on my left shoulder and if it was not for the great staff at physio house I would not be able to keep doing my sports and the things I love to do
